Are the worst agents. No communication between them and with their clients. Only for themselves and for their pockets are interested. I contacted them so many times to finalize the contract and they are still looking for money. I am not the only one who is in my situation and all those people are unhappy of their services.

Gloucester House Queen street

Cubitt & West guys promised me to provide full furnished flat.

However, after paying the rent and deposit, I have been informed that landlord has not agreed for this.
 now that I have made the payments and don't have any other option, I have been asked to manage with this?

I seriously believe that i have been mislead and have been charged more by setting the wrong expectations.
