The coffe might be great but the racist staff view is not. There were 5 people who placed their orders after and and got it before I did. When I approached the lady making the coffe I was told "you people don't know how to wait do you?!" Every one else got milk poured into their coffees for them but the milk was out in front of me and I was told "do it yourself". When I complained abt the behaviour, racist comments and awful attitude they couldn't care less! Harris and hoole it's a shame that your staff are giving you such a bad image as a company who endorse racism. Utterly disappointed by the way you treat your customers

Nice place to stop off and have some coffee or tea whilst, before, or after having a shop. Usually very friendly staff.
