15mins in the queue. Ridiculous. They didnt seem to have a system or know what each other was doing
If it wasnt for my mum needing a rest break i would have long walked out, as lots of people were doing. 
Go to the coffee shop in Primark. Much better managed

Best Costa branch in Watford, I wouldn't go close to closing time though as I was served a very suspect cooler with congealed cream (yuck!)
