I use to go here a lot, particularly when my lo was small and staff were ever so friendly and polite. However, quite a few times now the employees have decided to close early before the actual shopping centre closes and not let us sit down to have a coffee. On this occasion it was going to be our last visit as we are moving out from the area, so was getting a quick coffee and snack after a long day of hard work of cleaning up our old place, but anyway another time my son has been disappointed by abrupt rude staff, but we went somewhere else. Goodbye BB’s Watford! To think once I should have own shares in the place, but yes, it’s not like it use to be

The staff is so rude! We order our food and drinks and i decided leaving our shopping bags & clothes and went quicly to boots , when I got back the staff has cleared out table, food and drinks, just because there was no one sitting at the table. I went straight and asked them but they said that there was no one at the table, so they clear it, even though our bags and clothes were then and it was obvious that we have not left!

Staff are friendly and there is a nice choice of cakes, pastries and baguettes etc. On previous visits I've found their cuppacinco to be very tasteless and lacking in froth, this has now changed and the drinks are really enjoyable. The background music played can be a little loud at times which is annoying if you're reading or on the phone, or talking to people. Avoid the teacakes though. I had one on my recent visit and it was rock hard! I actually almost broke my teeth attempting to bite it!! Avoid those.
