Forgot that I was standing waiting for a coffee for 10 mins. Not even a apology for forgetting a customer. Rude staff.

Disgusted by my experience! I brought a chicken and mozzarella wrap from Harrow Costa and did not get it heated as I was about to miss my bus. I thought I would proceed to my destination and find a Costa there to heat it. I entered the shop (not even going near the fridge area) and took out my wrap. I was then rudely asked where my receipt was by the manager when I asked if the wrap could be heated. I explained the situation and she kept on asking me and pretty much insinuating that I had stolen it and "next time bring a receipt"... in the end got fed up and said that I didn't want to discuss and to just heat it up. Rude manager!!! Never going there again
