A decent car park. Some spots aren’t immediately obvious that they’re not for customer use numbered spots and if you get the train and don’t go up the escalator from the platform, I’ve often had to leave to pick people up from the DART side since they didn’t see enough information on how to get out at the correct side.
We don't usually take the train so when we didn't know what ticket we needed to buy it was a great struggle as there were NO! staff available to help us pick the correct ticket. Just them stupid train ticket machines. If they had staff it would make such a difference to everyone like us who doesn't know what tickets are best and cheapest. The station itself is very clean and pleasant. We'll served by taxis and busses too.
I write this as a pedestrian who has to walk through the car park to reach the platforms.nThe approach road is narrow, busy and thoroughly dangerous at peak times.nThe crossing at the entrance doesn't lead to a dropped kerb and the pathway isn't wide enough to have two people passing.nAs you enter the car park itself, all pedestrian markings disappear and you save to walk where the cars are driving in and stopping for drop-offs.nIt's a miracle that no-one has been run over.
Nice clean Station and in a lovely area.
