Not sure the gentleman's name who was at the front. What a failure of customer service. I went in as I was told I am eligible for a travel card for the tube. The man told me it doesn't exist and made me sign up for something else. He was also extremely rude and dismissive. I have confirmed with other members of Jobcentre Plus and this man was in the wrong and had no idea what he was talking about. This took 4 hours and money out of my day. So disappointed. I wish I had caught his name. I was there on Friday 15/7.

Criminal staff who take your emergency money and cash it for them self. Take back the cheque that's ment for you after you signed it because I had no ID. How would I know to go ask for it then in the first place when this place is not my regular centre
Was expecting a phone call from them today and they didn’t even bother calling me back and when I call them to speak about a letter I received from them they say to call another number when I’m doing a full time care work that I can’t be on my phone call for 1 hour every time and when I ask them to look at the Notes on there system they say they don’t have notes on system. I have wasted so much time on the phone to different departments on there it’s like they are not doing there jobs
Best jobcentre ever. The staff were always friendly, helpful and understanding. Reece was simply the best. He was always very reassuring and knowledgeable.

First of all I would like to share the worse part of my feedback for Harelsden Jobcentre which is the band of receptionist on the ground floor as makes me feel disorganized, but nothing major. Anyway I have to and I'm really glad and more hen happy to raise up highly the job seeker coach named OMUR. This guy is representativ, helpful, polite, educated, positive, open, communicative, emphatic, understanding and ore as my vocabulary ain't rich enough to describe his personality and fully professional attitude to work and his clients !!! He's really aiming the point as help people. My BIG THANK to him and wish we had more officers and admin people like him. !!! There is an other coach named Nicola seating and working on the same floor with Omur. I had the good luck to to meet her to sort my claimetc. out as she's is working fast, patiently , professionaly and with smile at all the time whilest the procees evendough the internal system apparentaly does not work clearly and properly. SO my BIG THANKS to both of those lovely guys and wishes the best in there future at work and also private places. With kind regards, Jiri George Kos
I had an appointment today . I was running late and panicking but the staff dealing with me was so warming and so helpful. The atmosphere was really comfortable. And I got what I needed to be done . Very happy and would highly reccomend the centre.
This Indian manager was so unprofessional and has no knowledge about the UK law for EU citizens. I also had a bad experience with the Westminster job center Toyin who did not explain the genuine prospect of work interview well to me and was extremely rude!!! I have never been treated so poorly by anyone and as an EU citizen this country disgusts . me! I want to do a complaint now!
The worse job centre ever the staff are rude John on 3rd floor should not be working there doesn’t know how to treat his clients at all I hope he gets removed
