Good location with parking spaces always available. Staff are very friendly and the place is kept clean. Quiet during the weekend making it very pleasant. Can get very busy on peak time making it difficult to use some of the machines. Also, depending how busy it is in the morning, there might be no hot water left for showering. They sometimes put the music so loud that you can hear it even with your headphones on. Can't comment on the classes they have available as I haven't tried them.

Great gym. In prefect location for working in Wilcox House and Country hall just off the A4232. Plenty of parking available and free Wi-Fi. Changing rooms are clean and tidy. Hairdryers provided too.

The gym is not bad and the staff are friendly. However the music is always too loud and the treadmills are in desperate need of maintenance as their whine is now louder than the music. I guess it's ok if you're 20 years old but I'm 44 and after a long day at work I want to listen to my music and burn some fat. The music is so loud however that I can hear it over my over ear expensive headphones. At the end of the session I end up with a headache from all that noise.

Great little gym, just right for me to work out during the mornings while my daughter is at school. Not too busy
