Great store, nice and bright and tidy. The staff are welcoming without being imposing. They were also very helpful and patient with me when I wanted to exchange for an out of stock item, they found it online and helped me order online with a gift card. Great service.

I found what I had been looking for ages. I didn't look for shoes in there before because I always thought it catered mainly for young people. I found some shoes without shoe laces that fitted me perfectly. Quality was excellent and at bargain price as they were on sale!! The staff were courteous and very helpful and cheerful. I would certainly shop there again

I shop here regularly; in fact it's my local footwear go-to.  There are plenty of other places in Uxbridge to indulge my Gazelle fetish but what distinguishes this place is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Young people are often a little bleary-eyed on a Saturday or and! Sunday morning good for them! but I've never had anything but great service. K, in particular, really knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy.  From a business point of view it's brilliant for the company; his endeavour means I always go there first and generally don't bother shopping around. It means I usually spend a bit more than I intended but never resent it.
