Recently bought a vehicle from Hammond Cars Great Yarmouth showroom. Holly was very helpful and explained the entire process from start to driving away with the vehicle. The vehicle had been given an AA inspection to MOT standard prior to purchase which provides peace of mind. Can't fault the professionalism and wide knowledge at Hammond Cars, definitely recommend
On Saturday afternoon myself and my husband visited the Great Yarmouth branch of Hammond cars, I had researched the cars I'd found on their website. We we're greeted by Craig who is very helpful, I fired lots of questions at him, poor Craig.... Sat in a couple I liked. Decided I liked the Kadjar, lots of gadgets. Craig noticed an issue with the driver side wing mirror this was rectified before sale complete .... Advised Craig I will telephone Monday or Tuesday with a holding deposit payment. This was completed via an email and follow up telephone call from the lovely Holly..... Advised they would telephone me back when the car was ready to collect.... A few moments later actually within 2 hours.... Holly telephoned to advise my car was ready to collect.... Arrived on site 430pm and driving home by 530pm.... Highly Recommend, great service received from the lovely Holly and Craig.nThanks for making the whole process a great experience
Unfortunately and sadly I’m having to change my review !!!! Holly told us when we pointed out the chip in the windscreen that it had been filled and sorted. Well we have found out that’s not the case!!! When going back to them they didn’t want to help at all!!! Such a shame. As it wouldn’t have taken them long. So please if you notice anything don’t take their word that it’s sorted please check before you drive away.nHolly was very friendly and knowledgeable and you can drive the car away on the day you buy it. But I would say please check everything. If I buy a car from them again I’m going to double check everything.
Yesterday I bought a Kia Sportage from Hammond Cars in Great Yarmouth and had a fantastic experience dealing with Jaden. He was very friendly and welcoming, and there was absolutely no pressure to take out finance or warranties, which I really appreciated. Everything was straightforward and stress-free from start to finish.nI would definitely recommend Jaden and Hammond Cars to anyone looking for their next car.
Rubbish place to buy a car I got a car and had multiple knocking noise from the front of the car and that was after a week I got the car so I went back to tell them and I been promised that will be fixed or I would returned the car after replacing some bits I still had one noise coming through and they not answering the phone or emails so looks like I have to take you to court because you sold me a broken car and I could return it but you promised to fix it instead return it but that never happened.nSee you soon
