I'd like to say a massive thank you to Simon who's currently helping me get my dream car. Simon has been incredibly patient with me and so informative and kind. Totally felt fobbed off. A new car shouldn't fail its 1st mot due to emissions! And then be told to get it retested with the ac on just to pass it, whilst they wait for the software throttle body update to arrive which is an online update!‍‍ Then continuously telling me the software update doesn't come with a year warranty I asked incase this is an ongoing issue I'm now in 2 minds about weither i should keep the car, or just hand it back.. And also felt because I'm a woman I wouldn't know anything about cars. Felt totally frustrated with how I was treated. If this isn't sorted I will be contacting the ombudsman.

The Nissan salesman was very nice and speeded the car sale through for us. Simon was his name no problems what so ever
Booked my car for mot.Done this online very friendly system.Mot took 1 1/2 hours.While waiting a video was sent of my car to me showing a couple of issues which I thought was very helpful.Overall service excellent
