East bilney Yarmouth repaired our vehicle though our insurance company In July. This consisted of a repair on the passengers door. We returned our car in August to the lease company who were not satisfied with the job that had been done. We were given a charge of £160 for dirt under the paint. I called east bilney to discuss the matter to be told the manager isn’t available and will call me. I’ve tried several times since and no response. No longer interested in resolving this matter hence the bad review!Services: Body & Trim

My post accident car repair is of a very high standard. The car looked good as new. The interior had been valeted. I am delighted with the result of the efforts of all concerned. 0 stars had my 2 times now after a accident 1st time it took them over 6 weeks to complete work including 1 time saying its now in there paint workshop but waiting for parts work that 1 out the 2nd time they said it wl only take 5 days took them over 2 weeks and when then told me that will be ready by the next day it was not as they miss a Dent in the side panel that they did not know about till the realise the bumper would not fit and also miss putting my car Ariel back on the car would not recommend them as they only look after there vips not the normal persons

Couldn't fit me in at Norwich East Bilney following an accident, so the staff at the Yarmouth branch collected my car from home, kept me informed every step of the repair process then brought the car back to me, all within 5 days. Repair job is perfect. Haven't got a bad word to say, an excellent company!

Repaired damage to my vehicle including having to repaint various panels after my car was vandalised. Done an amazing job. Second time I've used this garage and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a professional garage, with great service and very professional staff.

They work wonders! My Merc repair was to such a high standard it looked brand new.

Car returned dirty, interior full of dust and dirty hand prints. Trim poorly reassembled using broken trim clips and interior electrics not working due to blown fuses, also immobiliser not functioning correctly. Number plate reinstalled clearly off centre. Staff unhelpful and not willing to accept or rectify any mistakes once car was signed over. Actual panel/paint repair good but took over a month!
