The team are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The service received was the best I have received whilst looking for our new car. The car itself was pristine and of a very very high standard. I am very pleased with the service I received from Sidegate motor. A friend of mine recommended me & I wasn't disappointed . He said the cars are top quality & the after service is excellent. I am a pensioner & not up on all the modern technology, but the staff put me at ease. One member of staff that was particularly helpful was Cameron Malloy. He had a holiday the week I picked up my car but he made sure everything was ready....... just as he had promised. He is a very valuable member of staff. Looking forward to many happy hours driving in my new Mini Countryman, thank you.

The team at Sidegate, especially Dean, were fantastic from start to finish. Dean isn’t your typical pushy salesperson, he took time to listen to what I was after, made a few recommendations and we were able to find something that worked for me. The test drive was really in depth, Dean answered all my questions and showed me all of the features I wanted to see and try out. The handover was brilliant, the car was presented in a fantastic manner, the paperwork was quick and easy, and the whole process was enjoyable. I know people can sometimes shy away from used cars because the sales staff can be pushy or demanding. Not the case at Sidegate. They might not be a main dealer, but you get fantastically priced cars with the main dealer feeling. Highly recommend!

Needing to find the right car is always a big decision, especially for ourselves when the sole reason was for my grandads independence after a long term injury. Lewis was very approachable and took great consideration and care in helping us. He was both polite and patient and answered all questions we had. Overall very happy with his service and cant thank him enough!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service that I received from Jessie and Chris at Sidegate motorpark. The vehicle that I bought was an expensive Land Rover, only a few years old, and it was a big outlay for me. I initially thought for peace of mind, I should buy from an official LR dealer but they had the exact specification car that I was looking for. After an initial enquiry with Jessie, she answered all of my questions and provided everything that I required in order to have the confidence to go ahead and purchase the car. She was most helpful, and nothing was too much trouble - she was fantastic. Chris also helped along the way and I met both of them when I went to collect the car. The handover was great and the car exactly as they described. I am delighted with it and would recommend them to anyone considering buying a car from them. I have bought many cars from main dealers/ like BMW and Land Rover and the personal service that I received here was every bit as good, and in some respects, even better. Thank you.
