I happen to have to come to near Chester over the August Bank Holiday , i knew my Honda civic was in need of some good old fashioned TLC .  By chance i came  across R V Jones on a google search , what a good move a quick call and happen to speak with Ron on the Friday afternoon to book the service.  So Tuesday morning i turned up and don't worry about its location its late 70s/80s industrial units , but the service bays and surrounding are like a F1 pit garage so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor .  A warm welcome from Liam and his colleague , nice little Honda Jazz to use for the morning.    On my return it was all done , just a couple items noted on the brakes and on tyre repair gel  hidden away in the boot  had been looked at during its time on the ramps - plus they had stock of the advised castrol oils in stock.  The bill was the nice bit compared to a main dealer Honda !!! , she drives lovely now and good old fashioned customer service.  An added bonus next door is a cracking valeting company , who happened to be able to do a mini Valet as well , so my Civic had a real treat that day.  Note i live in Bristol and would use again , what does that tell you about this outstanding couple of Business.
