Was sold a car that was accident damage.the car was returned to dealer to carry out some work. When the car was returned they said they had fixed all the problems turns out they ain’t done nothing to the car as my car has the same problems that it did. Really disappointed with this DEALER as it’s had a big impact on my Mrs life she now has sleepless night all she dose is think about what has happened and how she has been treated by these guys and I fear if it carries on she could suffer from depression due to this. The worst is I have had to also take my child out of play school due to this. I trusted this company thought it was a family run business with over 25 year experience just goes to show they are only after your money All I was after was a nice decent car they couldn't deliver there promise in selling approved vehicles STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS TRADER destroyed our family karma will get these cow boys. You lot will loose everything one day robing innocent people of there hard earned cash you lot should be ashamed of yourself

This is the worst used car dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I would advise no one sits a car here. Just read the negative comments!!! I bought a Range Rover Sport from this garage and despite false smiles and promises it was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a used car. They’re happy to take your cash and promise the world, Free MOT’s, warranty, correct information - all of which is a lie. I was promised they were awaiting the service history of my car which sounded plausible, 8 months on it never arrived, despite several calls, promises of call backs etc. etc. They never had the history and now I’m left with a car I want to sell without service history. Reading other reviews this is common from this gagare. Called a few weeks after I bought the car and Brian who sold it me claimed amnesia and didn’t Remember despite this being a 24k car which he sold me. Now I know he’s old but come on. As well as this, neither did the V5 document of ownership arrive, no warranty nor MOT. BAD BAD BAD - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I’d advise anyone considering to buy from this garage not to.

Bought an Alfa Romeo approx. 5 weeks ago. Upon purchase I asked if there were any faults with the car, I was told No, it had been serviced by themselves every year. I was told that it had a service the day of purchase only to be told a few weeks later (when I found an oil leak) that it hadn't been serviced since 2015. The car has a judder when over 70mph which is really frustrating. I flagged this up to the dealer who said they would fix the problem. Picked it up from them and it's still the same. I was told whilst it was in for the judder issue, that they would give it the full free service which they offer as part of the purchase of the vehicle. There's still no stamp in my book!!! May I add that I struggled to find the book in the glove box as it had been folded in two and shoved into the back of the glove box. The gear box is grinding when changing gear, still waiting for that to be fixed!!! They have changed my oil dipstick tube which is where the oil leak was from. The staff are very friendly when in there to be fair, however, I don't need a new friend, I need a car that is fit for use after paying 6k. Iv been pi$$ed around from the start, except for the day of purchase of course because they're quick to take your money Very angry to say the least Adrian Robinson

I’ve been buying cars from Lee from the Wright car centre for many years now. Being a valued customer is how I feel when I turn up each and every time. I shall always buy my cars from here for the rest of my life. Always very well looked after, nothing is ever an issue. Life long customer here. Keep up the good work lads! Will probably be back soon, missing the range, fancy another! Lol

Not Overly Impressed With The Fact My Car Was Given To Me With The Fuel Meter On Empty, Told There Was Fuel In The Boot If Needed When There Wasn't. The Car Came To me & Was Allegedly Fully Serviced, In 6 Months I've Had To Pay Out For 2 New Tyres & Now Issues With Brakes & Suspension. Sketchy Over What's Included In The Warranty & Overall Not Terribly Helpful, Taking The Car To My Local Garage As They're Very Helpful & Friendly - Talk Through Issues & Do Best To Help! I Would Return The Car If It Wasn't On Finance! :(
