This an absolute gem of a place, the staff are brilliant and so helpful. Would highly recommend. Went in needing a gas regulator for my caravan, sorted it out for me and even made everything up for me to it was just a case of connect the pipe to the bottle and into the bulkhead of the caravan and i was set.
Arrived today to this fab place as our water pump had broken on our first day of a week's holiday ,the wonderful Lady and Son could not do enough for us and hour later pump fitted and on our way also got a lovely neon sign for my granddaughter was really reasonably priced ,carnt recommen enough
Fantastic service, really friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. We'll definitely be using these for all our motorhome needs.
Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Called in with some battery and pump problems and even though the staff were obviously extremely busy they went out of their way to resolve our issue and get us back on the road. Prices also really reasonable . Brilliant service thank you.
Can not thank this garage enough for what they have done for us this morning. Oven door fixed, I can cook now. Yippee . Fridge is all good, any issues just pop back any time , so nice and so so helpful and honest We have tried every garage to mobile services for Motorhomes, some got back to me, others to busy and the rest didn’t even bother to reply. This was on our travels from Lancashire right through to Derby, to the point my other half was just going give up with the whole travelling and go back to the Isle of Man and just go back to work. Myself on the other hand was not giving up, as I said I wasn’t picking a paint brush or roller up for 12 months . Email this garage, as we were heading to Wales for the Friday. Got straight back to me and told me they could sort it and just to pop in. Well I couldn’t wait till Friday when I seen that, heading down Tuesday instead. I thought I was going have to wait till we hit Ireland my own home turf. I would 100% recommend this garage, they are not the sort of people to see anyone stuck when on the road travelling Thank you so much guys . Michelle and Kevin
Excellent friendly service. Repaired our fridge in our caravan whilst on holiday, fitted us in extremely quickly to help us out. Very reasonable price for the part and repair. Would highly recommend, first class.
Our motorhome gas regulator failed at the beginning of a 3 week tour of gorgeous North Wales. We Googled local repairers and chose you ! Best choice ever. Sean hope spelt correctly was absolutely charming and fixed the holiday wrecking problem in moments. Not too expensive either! So pleased, so relieved, so thankful. The water pump stopped working in my Motorhome whilst I was holidaying in north wales. Having seen the reviews for Hamdden Caravans I gave them a ring and they said to just come to their shop and they would do their best to help me. When I arrived they couldn’t have been more helpful, I didn’t even know which part was the pump but they were happy to send someone out to have a look and test it for me. Having concluded the pump was broken they replaced the part for me. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend them.
The service department went out of their way to rectify the fault on our Truma Combi boiler and when it became clear that the fault couldn't be fixed without changing a component they didn't have in stock they put everything back together and didn't charge for their time. They have a vast range of accessories in their shop to choose from with very friendly helpful staff. There is also a large range of used caravans in stock. I can't thank them enough for their professional assistance and help, and recommend them wholeheartedly.
Great service and very friendly. Submersible water pump wasn’t working. I took my old one with me and they checked it to see if it was the pump. It was faulty. New one was in stock. Very well stocked shop with lots of spares. Would highly recommend.
