Bar staff kicked me and my friends out for no reason. They didn’t give a reason why they kicked me out. I asked for an explanation and wouldn’t give one because the bar staff lacked reasoning.
Was great, the ambulance on the way home gave me 1st class service, was very fast. Im glad I didnt die! Cant actually remember what happened, other than that was great!
Music is really cheesy which is fine if that’s what you’re into. They make it worse with balloons and stuff
Shirley is the nicest bar/cleaner worker I have ever met. Would 100 recommend coming to ocean because of the hospitality and friendly I have experienced, 10/10 recommend
It’s ultimate cheese and somehow has carpet but unless you’re overly sober you just wouldn’t care. It’s generally great and it sometimes makes you feel like a child again.
Being a student, I find it's one of the best nights out you'll have in Nottingham. It's cheesy hits all night and you have to dress up in costume to go. But everyone is there to have a good time and it shows!
While passing the club I found an unconscious women in carpark, bouncers punched me after I asked them why they wouldn't help me see to her. I wasn't even in attendance to the club was just trying to provide first aid to a poor women with the help of the bouncers. The 'manager' was even stood with the bouncer when he punched me and did nothing...
Fun night. Bar service was fast all night. Club was busy but not too packed and everyone had a good time. Definitely one of the best student nights in Nottingham
The bouncers are the big problem here!! Why do they insist on trainers being a problem! Gone are the days you have to wear shoes and trousers! Its not 1997 anymore ! Bouncer said no to me because i had trainers i then got a kebab came back 15mins later and saw boss at door and he said no problem come in. Rubbish place now ! Smells ! No investment! Horrible staff ! Clubs are going to vanish soon if they dont appreciate there customers! Like old cinemas and theatres they are going to be a thing of the past.
