Using most financial institutions is like dealing with a cornered rat! The Staff at this branch are a notable exception. I went in there to transfer money expecting the usual arguments with inefficient, rude and power-crazed employees. I was astonished to find polite, courteous and helpful human beings who couldn't do enough to help me. It was a new experience for me not to have to get really wound-up and stressed just to access my own money! My business was all sorted out quickly, very efficiently and without putting my blood-pressure through the roof! So in an age of feedback and supposed Customer Care, where boxes get ticked but nothing actually changes or gets done, thank you to the Staff at Margate who actually care about their customers.
