Asked to log a complaint. As the manager was not avalible a "senior colleauge" took the information and a phone number and assured me the manger would call me in a few days. A month later and not a peep, guess the FOS & FCA won't be ignored though.

Staff always friendly. Lift wouldn't work last time we went in though.

Last time I was here i tore up the application form I had completed and walked out. Huge queue and staff stood around chatting while customers waited. No idea about customer service and complaints handled at branch level by a manager who is complicit in the poor service. Go elsewhere is my advice.
