Friendly, helpful staff and good service.nnThe barcodes on the reductions never bloody work and they always have to enter them manually. How hard is a barcode to get right?nnOften when in self checkout promotions do not apply, and it is a faff to have them sort it out.

Here to pick up a uber delivery and I’ve been waiting 50 minutes still no sign of anyone and the phone number and the extension is not working as the staff can’t be bothered to answer 5 cars came in and collected their click and collect and I’m still waiting a big company like Asda whom makes millions in profit can’t afford to have 2 extra staff to make the deliveries ready what shame . It’s 55 minutes and I’m still waiting rubbish costumer service no communication what so ever .

I’m not a regular user of this Asda but they were doing a great value offer on a cheap black microwave that my daughter needed. When I did a stock check online it said there was low inventory available at this store. It’s reasonably local to me so went to it. At first I could not find it on the shelf so had to ask a member of staff. They were very helpful and searched both the shelves and then the back for the microwave. They found one in the back. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Went in today to get a few bits and bobs around lunchtime. Only major issue I had was waiting to get served at the tills... only 2 tills open, the rest self serve- not great when you've got queues of people with full shopping trolleys. So many tills unmanned. Staff friendly but I didn't really stop long enough to get a sufficient experience.

Click and Collect system it’s a shamble to be generous! Get told they will be with you in 10 mins and 36 mins later no sign of it and now not even answering the phone. You call customer service and the answer you get after waiting 10 mins to be transferred to the store is “we are very busy mate, that is all I can do for you”nnIf you can’t cope with the service you “offer” just don’t do!
