Always empty but good customer service and always happy to serve as the desk
Very genuine and positive levels in staff moral. Modest, humour and facial interactive with good small talk for a personal balance approach in banking. Excellent staff that can multitask with good pace & poise to listen. happy to visit again anytime.
Five stars for the professional personal service given from the limited staff, just a pity they are few in number at peak times. Always enjoyed a pleasant experience from this branch apart from the queuing. Maybe internet banking isn't the be all and end all for some people, nice to have a face to face experience.
Terrible choice, I have had nothing but problems with this branch since the beginning. I've been a customer for years now and all they've done is take money from my account for unjustified reasons then refuse to refund me. I will be cancelling my account in the morning and I strongly advice you to choose a different branch.
No customer service/help counter , only 2 positions and if both have customers with problems a very long wait , while writing this have been on the phone trying to make an appointment and had phone put down on me
On one level, small but enough space for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Private rooms available
Always seems a bit disorganised. Short of staff today. Sanitiser empty first thing.
So Saturday after payday bank is busy obviously but 3 members of staff on, really? 20 mins and still waiting
