Needed both dipped headlight bulbs replaced. Service was really fast, friendly and efficient. Not the first time I've used this service here at Halfords. Can be a tricky job, but the service is so fast, you have confidence in whatever needs done.

Took my car to Halfords crescent link. Had a bulb fitted there and then. Service from Eamon and his associate was excellent. Also informed me about motoring club which I signed up to. Great to have somewhere to do this with no quibble.

First class service today from Eamon. Helped me with both products that I needed and fixed my wing mirror and topped up my oil. Nothing was any trouble for him. Thanks again. Great fella

Today I was helped by an employee named Eamon. Eamon treated me with the utmost respect and was able to take care of my needs to a high standard. I rarely leave reviews but due to the exemplary customer service I received from Eamon I find myself writing this. His work should not go unrecognised. Thanks Eamon for being so kind and accommodating.

Good shop for car parts, children's car seats, dash cams and bicycles. It's open 7 days a week, handy if you need to repair  your car in an emergency.

I went in to check if my reverse light was out and Eamon explained to me about the free membership for the motoring club. He took me through all the benefits and explained everything about the membership. Ended up having the free 10 point car check! Eamon was brilliant and his customer service was excellent! Highly recommend

Staff could not have been more helpful, so nice and friendly, I was showed respect and courtesy at all times. I will most definitely recommend this store to all my friends. I will definitely be back in store as I now feel like a valued customer.. Thank you .

Had a JVC stereo installed in a Mk6 VW Golf. Excellent service from Halford's in Derry and Matthew in particular. Knew exactly what he was doing and did a brilliant job!! Thanks!!

Eamon was very helpful he sorted my air-conditioning and got me signed up for the motoring club to save money on my visit and carried out a 10 point car check he was very knowledgeable thanks Eamon

Store rep really helpful when choosing a roof top box, gave solid information and assisted me select roof top box. Did not get his name but till 002 in Crescent Link Derry site.
