Large, bright sofa and suite store at Crescent Link Retail Park. Lots of free parking. Good selection of sofas but the majority of them are fabric rather than leather. Helpful sales assistant without the usual pressure.
Very nice staff. Unfortunately the delivery experience was appaling. Waited two months only for delivery to be cancelled twice the day before delivery. They also seem to do something where they don't call you but send you a text to say they tried. Then you have to call their call centre. Very frustrating.
Great store and very helpful staff I got my corner sofa and 2 seater of them and they were great especially emiher I definitely will be back in the future to them couldn't ask for any better service

Believe it or not it was awesome Great selection of sofa's decent range of prices Sale items reasonably discounted Fantastic staff but then Derry people are hard to beat and I'm not from there Honest conversations, welcoming attitudes and cheery dispositions The young lady sold us 2 sofas with no hassle and plenty of craic I/we would highly recommend
My mother paid almost £4000 on a leather 3/2/1. 3 years down the line and the "leather" is rubbing off only ever been cleaned with the cloth purchased from store and parts of the frame hanging off. What makes me mad though is the atrocious customer service, from both store and head office. It seems after they deliver your sofa they delete your records and find it almost impossible to confirm you actually bought anything from them. Oh and by the way, the 15 year guarantee they use in their sales pitch only covers the frame, not the leather.....it's only guaranteed for 2 years! Head office eventually agree to send someone to inspect and it's a no show, not even a call to say they couldn't make it! My mother is 76, lives alone, no kid's or pets. Would seriously recommend purchasing elsewhere, appalling!

No staff come over to us but a family looking better dress then us because we was in homebase and remember about dfs after picking new paint for our living room to see. We saw one we like we stood beside it saw No one was they .Then we saw member off staff they saw us turn they heel the another way and then the family better dress that us they walk over too them spoke to them we waiting once that was finished Started fixing things saw us still waiting maybe commission was enough. We walked out if they didn't have the manner to come over why should I spend my money. So we went to X cat the same day spended my Money thery
