Staff here are really friendly, helpful and courteous. The whole experience was much much better than talking to a faceless person on the phone or going online. I got the phone I love Note9, and I was able to handle it to be sure it was right for me. This is THE way to shop!

Staff member Morgan seemed uninterested from the outset with my smashed contract phone. Offered me no options, apart from buy a new phone or get it fixed yourself. If he had maybe made an effort to show me some possible phones I could buy to replace my broken phone I may have considered it. I've always experienced great customer service in this store...not today.

I took my Nokia 6210 into this store because the thing hasn't worked since 2002. I asked them to fix it because I thought it was still under warranty. They said it was not! I asked to see the manager and demanded my money back! They said the phone was old and well out of warranty and there probably were no other parts on planet to fix it. I said this was not good enough and that they must have someone on staff who would have an other similar one lying in a drawer at home? Or the might use cellotape or glue? But I was disappointed at their attitude! My phone is still broken and I can't phone my Aunt from next door and with the C-virus, getting out to look at new phones is very dangerous. 02 should be replacing my phone with a brand new iPhone 11 pro immediately! It's ridiculous, their service!

This has to be the worst phone shop I ever went into. I am an o2 customer and I have used this place a few times over the last 5 years. I Don't go there anymore a few times I was in standing waiting to be served for over 30 mins. And when you do get served the staff is very cheeky. As I said i have used this shop a good few times and every time it has been the same. I HAVE GIVEN UP ON THIS SHOP AND JUST USE O2 ONLINE or the CPW

I have been coming to this shop for years and the staff are always very helpful and have good manners which other shops lack. Even there after sales service is great. This is the shop to go to if you want good service, good advice and good phones. I always recommend this shop to family and friends. Thanks for years of service to myself, husband and children :.
