Brilliant service from Simon. Ordered a new set of windscreen wipers online and booked for fitting as well. Called into the store at the designated time, Simon collected the wipers off the shelf and fitted them in about 2 minutes! Made sure they were working properly by getting me to test them for my own satisfaction as well. While I was doing this, he went and put the transaction through and came back with my receipt. I really cannot praise Simon enough for his excellent customer service skills and just thoroughly pleasant manner, he was a delight to deal with. He managed to help 3 customers, all wanting different things, at the same time and we were all happy!nI hope he gets to read this review.nnAlso, the lady on the till today at 12pm was very attentive and customer focused, smiling and happily directing customers to the right places.
Very impressed with Halfords employee Tom on the Isle of Wight. I needed my battery tested. He thoroughly tested it which resulted in a new AGM battery. Tom fitted the battery and re-programmed the new battery to the car. Yes, it's a simple process they follow but the professionalism Tom gave from start to finish was on point. And he answered my questions with enthusiasm. Nice chap and a credit to the Halfords team. Cheers Tom.
Came here several times recently to research a new bike for my partner and myself. The team upstairs in the bike department are top notch and very professional. Highly knowledgeable and easily the best retail employees I’ve encountered in a Halfords.nThank you Marcie, Jack, Simon & Matt!
Ordered on line. Had email confirming order and then email telling me ready for collection and where to go to collect. Staff member very professional and polite. Thought the product I purchased was a very good price.
Tom was absolutely brilliant! He explained exactly how he was going to fit my dash cam which gave me confidence to leave my new car in his hands. He did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend Halfords. First class service. Laura was brilliant too . I love how friendly and helpful the staff are at Halfords.
