Took my car here to fix the anti-roll bar linkage ball joint, dropped it off and was fixed within the same day, had good prices and were really friendly. Was really easy to get booked in too.
Awful, told me a price for my service and when i went to pay they charged me a different price. Questioned it and he said he’ll just take it off my brake pads as i needed those done instead of charging me the original amount. Never going back.
Took my car in to have two new tyres… realised needed the battery changed too and they did it within an hour
The Newport Brach were fabulous. So helpful, reassuring and efficient. They really gave me confidence to use them for all things car related. Can’t recommend highly enough.

After needing two tyres and tracking done today , went to Pontypool branch , thankfully did job only to find out when returning home two out of four wheel trims were missing . Contacted Mark immediately who told me they really should be cable tied on ! Explained that he or his apprentice didn’t attach wheel trims properly! My wheel trims were black metal , not cheap plastic ones that I was given as a goodwill gesture!! This was not my fault and didn’t appreciate being told Mark would buy these for me out of his own pocket £36 !!! Utter rubbish , £15/20 tops . Will ever use again !! Apology for his negligence would have been appreciated. Shocking is a very polite response for myself!!
Always an efficient and reasonably priced service at Autocentres. As Arnie once said, I'll be back.
Took my sons 207 into the Cwmbran centre this morning for new tyres. Wheels had quite obstinate locking wheel nuts. All sorted by Nigel and colleagues. Excellent service. Fast, efficient and great value. Polite helpful staff. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks guys…
