I was very impressed by the service I received in Frome Halfords today. A young female member of staff changed my brake light bulbs. She was very efficient and reassuring. All done quickly and skillfully. So great to have a female mechanic. Thanks very much indeed. Jill Brown.
Two members of staff both really helpful. Went to get something to redo rear view mirror. Thought my charging point might need fuse replaced to make it work. Jack in particular went above and beyond to locate and replace fuses for me, even though close to closing and my car was packed to the gunnels. It’s that kind of service which makes me willing to use Halfords again. Thanks Jack.
Having waited 20 minuites for someone to turn up to serve at an empty desk in the bike section, I then found that the work carried out was not what I had requested, so I then had to leave the bike another 30 minutes to have it done. The technician was very helpful and pleasant, no complaints there at all. But the fact you cannot even call the shop directly, but have to deal with someone at a call center, who obviously didn't understand what I was wanting to get done, is extremely frustrating, and a deal breaker for me. So I shall probably not be using Halfords again in the near future.
Very friendly welcome at the cash desk, young lady very quickly got me assistance to replace a rear braking light. Very friendly technician, a young man, very quickly checked the bulb, replaced the faulty one. He also had a very pleasant, friendly and respectful manner. Excellent prompt service. Thank you!
Needed some motor oil for an oil change on my car. Frome's Halfords were open on a Sunday whereas their Trowbridge branch is closed all day Sundays. It Does look a little tatty from the outside....but the customer service and their range of goods were spot on
