Went in today to ask about my wiper blades not working ,after all that snow, they kept getting caught on each other, was worried about driving to work tomorrow morning, saw a very helpful chap (didn't catch his name) he fixed the in minutes, fabulous service wish id caught his name so i could phrase him properly but the whole shops staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Served by Ben at Halfords on the 2nd Nov  Rydon Retail Park, 

Really polite, helpful and did everything he could to resolve an issue with the back left break/signalling/reversing lights, also changed the car remote batteries quickly and efficiently. 
Excellent service and will absolutely return to Halfords.

Terrible experience, went to collect a xmas present that was ordered online. Hoping for a quick collection, unfortunately not. Spent over 45 minutes waiting, just two members of staff.
