It's very poor service when you agree a price over the phone for an item, then when you go to collect it, you get DUPED by being told that they now only have a more expensive one in stock.
Waited 4 weeks for a rear light to turn up before cancelling my order due to still waiting, not happy with the service at all, no contact to keep me updated , expected better !
