Ask the retailer for his recommendation on a window screen fluid and the guy sold me coolant for the engine and it absolutely messed my car up and had to get it to the garage. At the store his “manager“ came and said nothing can be done or I cannot get a refund for the product as she was not there. She must be an absolute joke. I’ve stood there for 30 minutes explaining he did apologize first and was reluctant to get the manager and when the manager came, he left for his break and I told her I will wait until he gets back from his break so we can sort this out and she said “You can’t wait until he’s back you need to go to Customer Service“ their customer service does not work. Neither does anyone pick up the call and nothing‘s been sorted. Absolute joke of employees.
Delighted at a 1st class service. Man at desk on Friday 18th October at 1pm to 2pm was great. Quick payment service and changed my car light bulb within 10 minutes. No waiting, no issues, and price was very good. Will return in future.
Arrived after the sun had set with a headlight failure on a Mini Cooper. Big thanks to Euan for fitting a new one, something I would have struggled with myself.
Excellent service - easy to book a slot for brake light replacement and mechanic very good and helpful.
Bought some bulbs for the van, guy out and fitted them within 5 mins, great service
