Where do I start ....I placed a order for a bespoke kilt an tweed blazer . Made to pay upfront £800 so I did ... 3-4 weeks pass, a day before I need the kilt and I go to the shop to collect to find the blazer that I already payed for was "out of stock" so was palmed off with a window display so not fitted to me at all . I took it on the chin and went home to try on the kilt an was stupidly to big for me . I then spoke to Peter Norten-nance ( the owner ) I said I would like a refund he has said ok so I've given the product back. He admits he is at fault and I will be refunded but so far all I've got is excuses an a life story from Peter. I'm stuck between a rock an a hard place I've given him plenty of time to refund me as advised by trading standards but how long is a bit of string am I meant to just sit around an wait for the day he decides to pay me he has done this to other people I have learned ...... I certainly wouldnt count on this man for my wedding attire BE WARNED !
