Amazing customer service from Nav today who went above and beyond to help me! Locked myself out of my car outside the shop like a dope, managed to get my spare key but the battery was dead. I had trouble using the key manually to open the door so popped in to ask for a replacement battery which Nav was happy to help me with, but after explaining the situation he offered to come out and try to help to unlock the door manually first, which he did, so I didn't have to pay for a replacement. Although this meant no sale that time, it's definitely made me more likely to pop in store for anything I may need in the future knowing the staff are so lovely and helpful and prepared to put their customers above just making money for no reason. Thanks again Nav :-
Went in to get a dash cam installed and had a few questions about it.nnJustin served me and was so helpful and patient until i could figure out what i wanted. i was able to get the dash cam fitted the same day- went above and beyond.nnJustin explained everything i needed and ensured I had good service. Would definitely recommend this store!!!
I attended today to have some work done to my car and was served by Naveed. He is such a gentleman and has great people skills as well as excellent customer service skills and was very helpful Indeed. The work was done by Justin who was also very attentive and had everything done in a matter of minutes. These guys are great and I highly recommend you coming to get any of your car items from these guys. Thanks guys
Nav gave great customer service i was struggling replacing worn out screws on my reg plate. He went all out and helped me before closing time. Just want to say a big thanks to him.
Terrible! It was almost impossible to contact directly. I persevered and called in to book my bike for repair. I booked in and specifically asked that when I returned, I could then leave my bike to be repaired. Upon returning with the bike they then told me they had no room. Couldn't even tell me how much the repair would be.nUnbelievably arrogant not only to me but to other customers while I was there. Shockingly bad service, I strongly advise you give this place a miss.
