Went in to day looking for water proof trousers.girl was very helpful .showing where they were the prices and explained which were better quality..all ok.

Very very poor customer service from staff at the tills. I left two items behind the tills to exchange, then 10 minutes later when I came to exchange I was told that the items had been moved and there was only one item available. Also, despite being a company employee at a different store, I was then informed that I couldn't exchange an item because it had been bought with staff discount although it should just have been a very simple exchange in size.

Very poor service from one of the stuff just now. He wasted my 25 minutes for nothing ! It seems Intentionally. Get some good mannered people in customer service.😡
