Never been to such a genuine and Honest business. Really friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable Gents, exceptional service. More than reasonably priced. would highly recommend for all you Bike needs. Can not thank the guys enough for all there help and expertise.
Ordered a groupset. That got delivered to the wrong address then got through to someone eventually and said I was going to get an update. That was a week ago. Sent emails and tried everyday many times to get through to someone. And nothing at all. Customer service is shocking and they do not help when they mess up.
Having bought a few accessories off CT bikes I find them to be friendly, extremely knowledgeable, with after care being beyond expectations. Definitely pay a visit again.

Just bought our daughters first bike from CT bikes. The two staff members were really helpful, explaining the frame and assembled it bespoke for her size. Did a great job and can’t wait to pick it up. Would highly recommend.
Really friendly guy. I bought the bike off ebay but collected in store. Great selection of bikes. Guy went above and beyond to get the bike to me the same day from the storage warehouse.
I bought a bike without guarantee meaning I could not have it repaired however they still went on and repaired it. Not only that but for free. Very friendly people. Highly recommended
