Primarily we offer a repair service for computers, laptops, Apple Macs, mobile phones, games consoles and tablets. We can fix all manner of problems including the removal of viruses, replacing power supplies, LCD screens on laptops/mobile phones, cracked digitizers and much more.

Secondly we have 1000 square foot of retail products offering anything from computer mice / keyboards, printer cartridges, audio video cables, graphics cards, motherboards, cpu's, routers, RAM memory, mobile phone / laptop chargers & blank media.

Highly recommended - have been using Phoenix for last 2 years, never any issues whatsoever. Running my own business requires access to working devices all the time from desktop/laptop/mac books.  They also helped to recover an old "dead" laptop that I had given up on and replaced when they had no obligation to do so.

All costs are clearly laid out and no hidden fees. You get what you pay for. Good value in a small town like Trowbridge.

I was told to use the local PC shop by an elderly couple and I have to say I was blown away with their service. I am a complete novice when it comes to tech but Shaun the store manager was exceptional! I am in retail myself, so I know what good looks like .I will be recommending this store to many people .thanks PCs

Very thorough with their diagnostics. I went to see Phoenix Computer Systems after a fair few weeks of my laptop malfunctioning on me. I am far from IT savvy, so their ability to relay things in simple terms was much appreciated. Unlike some other firms I have dealt with in the past they also do what is needed without suggesting other changes/accessories which arent essential. If you're looking for a simple and straightforward IT company and you're in the Wiltshire area, I highly recommend these guys.

I dropped my iPhone a few times and I used Phoenix Computer Systems not just because of the great value for money but for their expertise and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.
