Impressive branch of currys. Very good staff. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Really good customer focus and a huge range of TVs and other electrical devices and white goods. Plenty of parking for right outside. Recommended

The staff like to hang around and chat to their team mates than ask customers if they need help. When asked what I was looking for (a budget laptop) they where useless. I recommend going to youtube for help and buying online as the PC World team are not helping the high street survive.

This shop is so hot in the summer, there is AC but it can't compete with 30 odd TV's and a steel shell. Stay away while the sun is high, and over 28c. I asked the guy who works the Tablet section why there is no order, brand or size. Just random black slabs. No reason. 3 months later... No change and still no Samsung tab S3 to try. It has a S Pen review and stats aren't going to cut it on this purchase. Also none in stock! This store, constantly lets itself down... I'm not sure if it is the employee fault, or the company's... It just never has what you want, need, there is always something. We have taken to using the website to determine which store to visit before we leave home. Remember when stores had stock? Or the latest equipment? No! Neither does this store. It is as haphazard as the tablet display. The only thing that keeps Curry's on the retail park is finding the right fit for you. Once that touching a device is solved by the Internet, Curry's is going to be a repair centre, hole in the wall. The staff make me miss the last week of Rum-bur-lows. Lol (been so long l can't remember the spelling.)

Pore customer service young staff with no knowledge of the products and older staff standing around talking to each other very unprofessional give one star just because they have some good others in at the moment

The sales advisor Oli could not be more helpful. The amount of information he knew was outstanding. He didn't make me feel pressured by the amount of time I took. He deserves 5 stars.
