Absolutely terrible! Went to pick up a brand new fridge freezer. They wheeled it out not in original packaging and bubble wrap. I was told it was a customer return. So obviously it wasn't brand new like I paid for! Asked them to remove bubble wrap. Huge dent and scratch down the side of it. Refused to offer any discount.. and the manager of the store was soo rude and poor at his job.. complete lack of customer experience. Needs sacking or re-training. I spent over £3,000 with currys that day. I cancelled the whole lot and took my business elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend.
This place is awesome if you love watching staff ignore you and treat you like they're not being literally paid to be there never again. Special thanks to a young woman called Ellie for giving us the complete wrong information multiple times and wasting our time and fuel! Couldn’t have done it without you. Thankfully for her and us we will not be coming back.nOn a serious note the only staff member who is helpful is the mobile expert with red hair, I believe her name was Emms. Thanks to her hope she has a Merry Christmas
Customer Service was clearly not on duty today, four members of staff seemed more bothered about their own conversation when I asked for help. Never mind, hope others have had a much better experience.

An exemplary customer experience for myself and my partner today when purchasing a TV and pair of headphones, we were served by George R and Curtis H in store and also attended by the managers, they displayed a warm and welcoming attitude and we were served and sorted within 4 minutes, the TV was ex-display so we were told 10-20 minutes for the reset and wrapping to which we had a quick walk to another shop and when we returned it was ready for pickup, with extra bubble wrap and tape to make sure it was water repellent for the rainy day it was outside.nnGeorge was quick and efficient with both sales and Curtis even offered to carry it across the car park for us.nnWe were offered the additional services but equally informed on manufacturers policy too to ensure we were happy with the level of cover we had on the items, a knew everything we would need to know before walking out. True icons for the business. Thanks to the managers to ensuring a smooth visit too and welcoming us to the store.
