Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to have my girlfriends headlight bulb changed and we had a right performance. I understand it's a bit of a fiddly job but we got a member of staff who didn't seem to know anything and barely looked old enough to work there. After about 15 mins of struggling he then called over another member of staff who was going on about taking a tank off that has never been taken off to change the bulb before. After another 10 mins of them both messing about and being told by us not to remove the tank they got it in. The other guy then walked off and left the young one to put it back together wrong and had to be told by us (again) he was doing it wrong and closed the latch to open the bonnet behind the grill. I then had to help get it open and he called the other guy back over to put it back on. Terrible won't be using again!

Great customer service, not what I'm used to from Halfords. Felt valued, given good advice and staff were very helpful and friendly. Been sceptical about buying from here before but I'm glad I went to this particular branch. Very happy customer.

Went in a few evenings ago to have partners punctured bike inner tube replaced and add gel so we do not get stuck miles from home if it happens again. James checked our bike over and adjusted cable, light brackets. thank you for your help as we found your advice informative too. Bringing my own bike back to have the same gel added. Great customer service
