Had to wait for couple of weeks. Lots of phone calls. But work was clean. Car works like new. Strongly recommend.

Workmanship is excellent but you have to be prepared for your car to be in their care for an extended period. No bookings are taken and there are so many cars queued up they overflow into the surrounding streets while awaiting their turn. This makes site security risks a problem and I'm not convinced that the company is on top of this issue.

I used these guys when I was advised to contact them by my warranty company The Auto Group. I found them to be highly knowledgeable in the gearbox repair sector. I have had no issues with my Range Rover gearbox since. Definitely worth giving these guys a call and while your at it look into The Auto Group warranties

They repaired my VW van , it needed a full recon gearbox and this they did on time and saving me about £800 on other quotes. We had to wait for the office guy to arrive to pay the bill so we spent some time chatting with one of the mechanics and was obviously very knowledgeable . Would recommend

Avoid!! Had a gearbox (reverse gear) go on a 530i. Was recommended to use these guys. Was estimated a week, and a price range of 800-1400. Kept having to chase them to get updates - was met with them taking the mic ("I think we'll get change out of £2,500) Anyway, after having to shell out for an extra week and a half hire car, they charge me £1800. Safe to say, if you wanted to be treated like a customer, and fairly - I don't care what their reputation is, for me they were rude, took the piss, overcharged, under-delivered - and took their sweet time about it. Avoid.
