Everything technically was excellent. When I returned to pick up the car. only one person was dealing with customers. He had a problem with one lady who wanted all sorts of matters in her future order. I only needed my keys. I stood for at least 15 minutes waiting while she entered everything on her phone. Not a killer point but could have been dealt with better.

An excellent professional service provided both on-line & in store. I've been using STS Tyre Pros for several years now, mainly in Kent & now central beds & believe the ovderall service provided is second to none. The tyres I purchased were a very good choice & work really well with my car. The speed in which the service technicians worked was fantastic.

Managed to fit me in and get my tyres and tracking done at short notice after the bank holidays. Really friendly and professional, many thanks. We will be returning and using you again.

I have used an alternative tyre depot for around 20 years, but having tried you for a replacement tyre a few months back, you would always be my first call now. Tyre balancing was without drama, liked the fact that you had a booking system and no damage to my wheels!!

I had such a great experience with STS today, and especially Lee who was so helpful. I found out I needed 4 new tyres this morning so rang STS in Biggleswade and spoke to Lee. I was surprised and happy to hear it could be done today. They went out of their way to get it done straight away for me and at a reasonable price. The customer service was brilliant and they were so friendly. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you!

Very warm and polite welcome when going in to make an appointment for our tyre to be replaced last weekend.  Went in today Saturday 6th August 2022 for our 11am appointment to be very warmly welcomed by another staff member & all questions answered. We asked how long it would take, was informed around 45 minutes therefore we decided to go for a coffee. Had a courtesy call within half an hour to inform us our car was ready. Great service, polite staff and very good price given for the tyre we required. Thank you  We shall definitely use you again.

Fantastic service  Had all 4 tyres changed and a realignment done and was extremely quick. Had really friendly staff that was informative and I will definitely be returning for any issues my car has in the future and will undoubtedly recommend to others.

Visited for an aircon  recharge.  Went well and  massive improvement in aircon effectiveness. Staff tested performance and said it now cools  to 8C compared to 17C before. Great service. Friendly staff. Very happy to use again.
