The actually tyre change was great, however the customer experience with the jolly chap sarcasm was horrible. The whole experience was unpleasant and I would have rather had the tyres on the drive man who is great! Pay the extra, go tyres on the drive
The staff is very friendly, always happy to help. I had an appointment at 16:50 on the 17th for an MOT, I left the garage at 17:30 with a happy face. Thanks guy’s! I have been using this garage for MOT’s for year’s, never ever had any issues! Great job!
Rang on a Saturday to see about getting my Aircon done, got told to bring car in asap,place was quiet for a Saturday tbf, blokes did the Aircon refill and told me the results of the machine,paid my £59 and went on me way, to be honest they try and do the hard sell with the diagnostics as well on top of the 59 but could have possibly been due to me having an old car.
Very happy with the good service at Halfords Autocentre with my MOT, got a good price by using my Money supermarket voucher, the garage is in a good location but parking not the best and the receptionist needs to cheer up a bit !

Knights in Shining Armour. I discovered I had duff tyres less than 24 hrs before going on my holidays. I rang and explained the situation and even though my size wasn't in stock they rang round, got the size I needed and fitted them all within a few hours, saving my holiday. Perfect for my mot and Interim service. Booked my Volvo in easily. Turned up at the site where I was greeted by friendly and professional gent behind the front desk. Quickly and easily completed the hand off. Got a call letter when I was told to expect one to say it was all done. Same easy and professional hand off back to me on pick up. First time using this Halfords and was not disappointed. I'll be back next year for my major service
Booked my car in and had MOT done in no time. Staff are great, honest and fair with good knowledge of what needs doing. Would like seat coverings left on and wiped down after use - this my only recommendation as it re affirms quality care taken.
Took my car here for an MOT as it was due. Passed with flying colours. Then a week later my engine light came on, I called Halfords and they offered me nothing but reassurance Took my car back to them and they straight away ran a diagnostic and checked the battery. Did not charge me a penny for this and did it all with a wonderful, courteous manner. Will definitely be trusting my car to them again. It's nice to not be treated like an idiot when it comes to cars even if I don't have a clue! Could not think any more highly of these mechanics Service: General repairs & maintenance
