Paid over £800 for tyres and 4 wheel alignment. The wheel alignment was £94 on its own. Dropped off car and reminded them of wheel alignment- picked up car asked about wheel alignment and was told it was done. No before and after wheel alignment paperwork was provided. My husband returned with the car this morning they had no paperwork. They redid it and the paperwork today clearly shows no wheel alignment had been done yesterday. Even now one wheel camber is still in the red worse than before but they have said they do not do the camber. Will not be going back
Had my tyres fitted at this halfords and I’m really happy with the service. The staff were friendly and professional. They explained things clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely appreciate the great customer service would definitely recommend them!
Not an above and beyond service at all. I arrived at the centre at the right time only to be told they will fit the tyres whenever they can. I questioned why was I given a certain time to show up and they replied it is the “drop off time” and doesn’t mean we can work on the car immediately. I then asked if I hey could swap front and rear wheel and said they would charge £60 for this, because they would have to lift the entire car. They said they reserved the lifts for cars services, not the fitting. Then they finally raised my car on the lift, and I asked if they could do the swap given the opportunity and their reply was they didn’t have enough time as this would need ten minutes at least… I was served an hour later. The rudest people ever.
Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend this location. Great service very friendly communicative and helpful. Pleasure to deal with thank you
Awful, abusive staff. Was ripped off, had to pay twice for an mot that passed. Complaints didn't want to do anything about it. Absolutely disgusted. Do not go to Halfords. They will steal your money, try to intimidate you and abuse you.
