Very poor customer service, had a puncture on my way home from work, tyre completely flat by the time I arrived at the garage. Unable to help as said they’re too busy, happy to see me stranded at the side of the road… Very poor!nnFurther to the response below, if you actually read the review properly - I will not have the details as they could not help.
On Friday, 15th November, we took our car for its annual MOT. Unfortunately, the service resulted in damage to the bonnet mechanism, specifically causing a malfunction with the bonnet sensor. When we returned to the garage on Friday evening to address this issue, the attempted repair further worsened the problem, leading to the problems of the bonnet release mechanism which we only noticed the next morning when we wanted to to check the wiper fuse as it stopped working after the MOT as well.nnWe promptly notified the garage of the additional issues on Saturday morning as soon as they opened. However, their response was dismissive, with the garage refusing to acknowledge their responsibility for the damage. Upon returning to the garage on Thursday, 21st November, we were met with further disbelief and accusations of dishonesty. It is important to note that the garage staff had previously admitted to experiencing difficulties with the bonnet during the initial service.nnWe have been their customers for the last 10 years and we won't ever set a foot there ever again. Their unacceptable attitude and inability to rectify the damage they caused will necessitate additional expenses for repairs. I have already raised a ticket for official complaint and waiting for the relevant team to contact us.

These idiots failed a brand new car on MOT because of the engine cover fitted and certified by factory. Never seen a more ridiculous reason to fail a car on a MOT. Avoid this scam place as it doesn't seem to have any competent staff in there.
