Not a customer but rang them after putting a small amount of petrol in a diesel. They asked for car model and checked with engineer then rang me back to say I would probably get away with filling right up with diesel no guarantees, understandably but if there were problems to call back. Took the chance and car was fine. If that's the service they give non-customers their customer service must be superb. Thank you, NW Fuel Drain.

Absolute lifesavers! I called having been fortunate enough to pull over after putting petrol in my diesel car. Someone arrived within the hour and offered a quick and professional service. I wasn’t made to feel at all embarrassed by my stupid mistake and I was back on the road in no time. Really appreciated the help to reverse out on to a busy road, too. Thanks again!
I topped up my Adblue in my Q5 and when I realised the fluid was out of date and I did some research, I had to have the tank drained. I phoned Neil on a Sunday morning and he arrived at my home a couple of hours later. He drained the system and added new Adblue and I’m happy to say that the system has reset with no issue, I would highly recommend Neil and his company with no reservation. I’d give more stars if I could, job well done.
Just used this service, called the free phone number at 9.00 am all sorted by 10.30 am. On your doorstep service or where ever your car grinds to a halt. If you're thinking of doing this yourself then think again unless you know what you're doing. They have loads of knowledge and kit on the vans and I was amazed at speed a professionalism of the service. My mother made the easy mistake of putting £30 worth of unleaded in here diesel BMW. Easily done but surprisingly easily fixed when you call these guys. Cheers. Steven Conway MOLD
