Although given a booking appointment for 10am to retest my car on mot when I called up at1.30 pm car hadn't moved told well if you can get it done quicker elsewhere take your car then actually refused to do retest brought me to tears and left my car till closing time in which I had walk my 7 yr old in the dark and cold to collect my car at 6pm. Never in my life have I felt like I wasn't a paying customer and more like a begger asking for a freebie. I'll never take my car there again

Just had my car air con regassed after being told    my compressor was was not working.checked compressor and regassed quick and efficient would recommend to anyone.

I called Monday morning and they fit me in for Tuesday, having to go to work the owner said she would walk down and get my keys. The car was then delivered back to my work and they apologised that I had to walk the 300yrds to get my keys and pay. Excellent service and such a lovely lady. Thank you for your service

Lovely family run business Friendly staff Efficient with their work and very reasonable with their prices. Being a single mum with no clue on cars I feel that Great Sutton Garage were honest with what needed to be done to get my car through its MOT Would go back to Great Sutton Garage and would highly recommend them.

Had my car mot. d at a so called friend's garage in widnes Moor Lane service centre it failed he told me it would cost £405 to repair i desided to do the work my self for the cost of £21 for the parts i then put it in great Sutton garage for re. mot were it passed the people at great Sutton garage were very help full and explained what and when to do the advisorys which he said would and could be done if booked in for a simple service really nice people and thank you very very much for your advice dave hyundai coupe.

Called to garage having experienced braking problem. This family run garage couldn't have been more helpful. From the warm greeting, friendly attitude, and personal approach I could not fault them. Refreshing to have been treated so kindly. Resolved problem very promptly. Highly recommend. Thank you so very much.

Highly recommended. Great value for money. Dont rip u off and very friendly with my kids. Good honest reliable. My partner also now used this company and is going to continue here.

Took my car there to get heater fixed and 7 months ago and it’s broke took it to another garage and needs the same part they apparently did. Very disappointing . Take ages with your car to not even do the work properly! Avoid !
