My husband and I recently purchased a used Renault Captur at Lookers Vauxhall and we love the car. We were super happy and impressed with the quality of service that we received. Dave Suckley was very friendly and helpful throughout. He really worked hard to get us a fair deal that we were happy with. He made the entire process easy for us and we can't say enough good things about our experience with him and the dealership. We would both be more than happy to come back to Lookers for our next car and can easily recommend them to anyone.
Traveled 30 miles to viewed a used car for my daughter advertised on Autotrader. Despite speaking to Lookers by phone to verify mileage and service history it turned out the car had done 3000 more miles than stated on the advert and was purple not black as stated on the advert. Unwilling to negotiate on price despite additional mileage and then delayed whilst pretending to call more senior bosses in Lookers group to agree a £199 discount off £4199 screen price. Seems unlikely this would be needed! Made formal complaint to Looker central complaints team which has been handled very professionally but received a very strange call from dealer 2 days later advising that he had corrected the mileage on the advert but the car was in fact black despite the fact I have photos of it that are clearly dark purple. He told me it's registered as black. Don't they have eyes? Also denied it said black on the advert which is untrue .Interesting the advert was removed from AT and their website within minutes of his call when I advised him I will be leaving reviews. All in all very shabby wideboy sales practice and would expect better from the Lookers group who I have previously bought 2 new cars from and would do so again via the other branch I have used as they are a reputable company. Time to rethink their sales practices at Lookers Ellesmere Port, as deception is not a tactic that works well in the age of social media feedback.
Great service provided by Rachel Sword in Ellesmere Port Vauxall. Went over to enquirer about my pcp and Rachel was so helpful and professional that i end up getting a new car for me, just took a few days for all to be completed. When went back to sign the paperwork end up getting a car for my partner also . Rachel is truly a very friendly, competent and professional person.
My wife and I purchased two cars with the help of Rachel, who was fantastic. We knew what we wanted so she was very accommodating and did not push us in any way. Cars were in great condition and had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Very happy with all aspects of the service provided and will return in the future.
Superb service by Rachel Sword no pressure no hard sell everything was so not a problem I was left alone to test drive and the minor issues with the car were fixed. Everything went perfectly well even the delivery date was exactly as planned despite a minor issue with the car meaning a little but more work was needed.
Customers service was excellent! I’m from Cardiff an had to get to Liverpool on public transport, had no clue! Dan guided me threw it, sent me train information an prices. Offered to collect me from the train station as I didn’t know where I was going. Explained everything about the contract in detail that I didn’t understand. Went above an beyond. The car I purchased is in excellent condition, I was sent a video on the car by dan. As it was a distance sale. I highly recommend LOOKERS! An if you get Dan as your sales advisor then you’ll sail threw the sale! I have since recommended LOOKERS/ Dan to my husband an sister in law. Have passed Dans email on to them. Rachel Sword on Rossmore road Ellesmere port was absolutely fantastic she wasn't pushy in her approach in any way. she let us guide her to what we were after as had been looking on your web site, so had a few ideas to what we wanted to look at we felt listened to and was guided by herself to find the perfect match for our whole family. she was also not phased in anyway dealing with ourselves and our her daughter at the same time who was also looking into getting her first new car. She is definitely a asset to your company as we have walked out of a few dealerships in the past after a few minutes due to felling pressured. Well done Rachel sword perfect service
Rachel was really helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. She was also very patient and really helpful at explaining everything. She was not pushy at all and her relaxed and friendly manner helped the process of buying a new car enormously. I would recommend Rachel and Lookers to anybody looking for a car
