My car needed a new shock absorber, tracking fixing and four new run flat tyres. I was able to take away a courtesy car at absolutely no extra cost. I was informed of everything before job was carried out to ensure I was happy. Had my car back the next dad. Friendly, honest and reliable. I'll consider no where else for my repairs.

My car had an issue, I researched it. I asked for a quote for the new parts advised by my research. I was happy to take my car for that fix. They called and said the fix they tried (not the one I asked for) didn't work so it needs to go to the main dealer. Instead I took it 30 miles away to a garage where i used to live, they identified the problem was exactly what I said, they ordered the exact new parts and now it is fixed. I surmise this CarClinic garage is therefore nothing more than an MOT/service type garage. They untrained in any leading manufacturer work. I also suspect they are a go-to point for leading manufacturers in the area and get them to do many "booked in" fixes/repairs for them. Does the customer know? I don't know, I'm guessing a little here. Point is... they couldn't fix something and a smaller also local garage who is trained in the top 5 car manufacturer engines/fixes/repairs... this garage first call was "go to manufacturer". They don't want the hard work. For this reason only... I shall keep using my old garage. Shame... as these guys have the customer service operation virtually nailed. A bit more approved dealer training required before I go back to these guys, that's all.

Took my car the staff were friendly done the work in no time thanks guys and keep up the good work will defo use again and recommend to people 👍

Fixed my car fast and on short notice, provided me with a courtesy car, staff were polite and friendly, I would recommend them and will take my car there in the future.
