These photos are AFTER my repair. The wing mirror mount, supposedly new questionable looking at the state of it is apparently professionally wrapped... Apparently this is good enough for Veetec to send my car back to me. Bear in mind that every piece of chrome on the entire car is wrapped in matte black, yet nobody at their "workshop" noticed the child-like quality wrapping or the chrome still showing... Then there's the boot spoiler with the enormous chip of paint missing that has wasn't there when they took the car. Thankfully I have photos and 4k video footage of my car on their trailer before it left showing that nothing of the sort was there beforehand. *****You can see how many poor reviews I've left in the past from my feedback you can count them on one hand with plenty to spare so I don't take this lightly***** Poor customer service. Apparently I now have to be the one who does all the running around for them to sort out their pitiful work. How none of this was picked up on their PDI before the car even left their workshop is beyond me??? The level of incompetence is absolutely embarrassing. And just in case you think this was a rush job - they had my car for TEN WEEKS waiting for a piece of glass from Tesla so had all the time in the world to complete the rest of these appalling repairs properly. In true poor sport, they blamed it on a "third party". Being in business myself, I find it embarrassing that someone that they employ has failed to do their part of the job properly, yet no responsibility falls on Veetec at all apparently! I gave them a chance to apologise and compensate me for the shoddy workmanship, poor reliability in timing and then trying to fob me off and deliver the car hoping I wouldn't notice these issues and then ask me to take the car back to them so they can sort it, but they politely declined. I also said that I wouldn't leave poor reviews if they pulled their finger out, but clearly their customer service is clueless about how to appease a p@*&ed off customer. I would not offer work on my children's toys to these crooks trying to get away with embarrassingly poor quality work, my pictures say it all. How many other people and insurance companies have they taken money off in the past, I'm guessing I'm not alone...
Veetec were the assigned repair company by my insurance company and they were very efficient. The team were polite, booked the car in quickly, picked it up and left a courtsey car, completed the repairs in about a week and then delivered the car back. They even messaged me during the week to give me an update on the repair. Excellent service and highly recommended.
From the minute that my car was picked up, by a lovely gent. I was kept up to date with the progress of my car repairs. The staff were always polite and friendly. The repairs were done promptly after waiting for parts. When the car was returned, to say I was pleased with the work, is an understatement.
The guys at the Croydon did a FANTASTIC job. They kept me informed at every step of the way by regular phone calls ,telling me the works that they will do to ordering parts, when they came and a rough time scale. I was quoted a week for my car to be fixed and delivered back , it came back just over and the car was impeccably cleaned in and out and I couldn’t tell where the damage had been. Thanks again to all at Veetec for a splendid job.
My Tesla Model 3 was booked for repairs in the insurers. My car was collected on a flat bed. And was driven back to me with my permission! The communication was excellent, all my question answered promptly. My experience with VEETEC was fantastic! Will highly recommend them. Want to specifically mention Steve Gerwat. Thank you for all your good work!
I had great customer service with Veetec Croydon. Their communication was excellent and all their employees were very helpful and polite. The repair to my Ford Focus was to a very high standard and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Thank you Veetec.
My Tesla Model 3 was booked in via my insurers. My car was collected on a flat bed and returned the same way; all very efficiently. I was updated once it arrived, was appraised and the progress. My experience with VEETEC was exceptional. The pre-repair communication was excellent both in calls and emails. And the communication once my vehicle arrived was again excellent. Special mention to Steven Gerwent at Veetec who is a real credit to the Company. Would recommend then highly.
No hesitation at all about recommending this company. Found them very efficient and good at communicating with me. Provided an excellent service which included collecting and delivering back my car, which had been washed and valeted, an added bonus. They even replaced the air rubber caps on my.car tyres where required.
I had small accident in my Tesla and dented the rear wing and paint damage to the bumper. Our insurance chose Veetec and we’re very happy they did! They were very professional and exceeded our expectations from the start. The repair they have done is amazing, I can’t even tell they was ever any damage, my wife even asked if they just replaced the whole wing and bumper!
