It was my first time in the UK Beaty salon so I was nervous. Ive asked just trim my hair a bit. + - It was quick - The stylist washed my hair, trim and did a bit of the styling I didn’t want more, but the stylist offered me. - clean area - normal prices - - Ive booked for 11:45, but my session starts at 11:55. - deposit by phone. For me it was a bit of unconvinced. Thanks for the warm welcome. I really liked the result.

Just want to say Thank you! to the amazing At Sisters team! It was my first experience with the salon and they have been treating me so well. My hair and color were a bit of a mess and I wanted a change from light blond to creamy chocolate. I bet it was a bit of a challenge, but they have done such a great job. Not only that, but they are also friendly and their story as a salon is what made me choose it: it's not only the two sisters but it's also their mother who work together to provide such great services. I went today for a Pedicure and Manicure. I gave two stars for the following reasons: 1. I had a very pleasant full pedicure experience with gel color. However, despite that it’s gel color, when I reached home the color on some nails smudged!!! 2. The manicure, none of the following were provided: soaking, scrubbing/ exfoliating, cuticle cutting/ pushing, hand cream/ moisturiser. Manicure should involve more than shaping and nail color. I asked the lady who did my nails why this wasn’t the case, she said they don’t do it and she doesn’t know why. I even checked the customer next to me, she also didn’t get a full manicure experience. I find this awkward as from my understanding and experience at other salons in the UK and internationally, there is a standard practice for manicure. 3. I was charged for manicure the same price as for the pedicure. Despite not providing a full manicure experience. 4. Limited colours selection. I wish they had more colours to choose from. However, I give two stars for the ladies who work there, as they were lovely. And the place has a nice vibe.
I was lucky to get an ad hoc hair appointment with Claire today. As I am in Newcastle for just a short business trip, meaning I am not a local, I am very thankful for her kindness to fit me in. She skillfully restyled my hair, gave me lots of advise and left me happy and very pleased with the results. Thank you, Claire, you really made my day today! This was my first visit to a salon since covid! I was a bit nervous, but Sophie made me feel super comfortable and my hair is absolutely gorgeous! And I also had my first LVL I’ve never had anything done to my lashes Jodie explained each step and I felt super relaxed and my lashes look even better than I though they would! Very happy with the service. I booked a shellac manicure and I had damaged nails due to poor removal of Gel at another salon. Claire was very professional and friendly. 100% coming back. Highly recommended
I have been going here for around 3/4 years now. I originally discovered At Sisters via Treatwell. I visit every 3 weeks for a removal and a shellac manicure with acrylic or with plexigel. The team are always incredibly welcoming, regardless of how busy it is. My manicure sees my nails filed, shaped, cuticles done, then the acyrlic/plexi and the colour finished with an oil. I am always pleased with the result and there is a great range of colours to choose from including Jade often being very patient with me whilst I change my mind a lot and trying new shapes/styles! Less frequently I get a deluxe pedicure usually in the summer! which includes the foot spa and which includes scrubbing and the foot spa. Note the express manicures and pedicures are without this part of the treatment which is great for when you're in a rush/budget. The salon also has a great range of dermalogica facial treatments, including the proskin 30 which is great, along with eyebrow threading and shaping every few months. You can also purchase your deramalogica products in store too. The team are wonderful and also provide a glass of fizz/cup of tea/water while you're there. There is usually monthly offers done where there is a set of treatments you can book at a reduced price, they are a brilliant value for money and a great way to start a new treatment. Claire, Jade, Jo and Jodie and the rest of the team I assume often go out of their way to fit people in for their appointments / accommodate schedules changing. I always feel comfortable coming in and don't think there is anywhere else in Newcastle which offers such a broad range of treatments, in such a lovely environment. A salon that is professional, kind, thoughtful - a great team of talented people, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Gorgeous interior and great products, they take a real pride in being the best. Thanks Jo and Jodie.
Great mani/pedi experience. Huge range of shellac colours to pick from, plus glitters for a really custom look. Clean salon and really comfortable. I had to have my baby with me and the staff were happy to gave me a hand manovering the pram up/down the steps inside. I'd have booked a lot sooner had I known how accommodating they were!!
