Lovely clean site very well laid out as well all the pitches have had stand with water electric and grey waste disposal points the toilet and shower block is new and very clean plus very lovely as well the chemical toilet waste disposal can only be used by those using green eco chemicals or you will be find £1000 for doing so the place is well lite up at hours orlf darkness and covered by cctv, when we called in mid march 2018 we got charged full price for the pitch at £25 a night but told they where not really open yet then later told we could not have a morning shower or wash etc as the boiler was off first thing in the morning also the roads where all being dug up which meant we had to wait for lorry's jcbs etc to stop and move so we could get in and out, no reduction in fee was offered just the full rates taken, even when it was out of season as well. We loved the place but will not be returning anytime at all due to the greed charged, not saying it would not be worth it for summer season but not in snowing early March 2018 more like £15 to £20 at that time of year sorry we might be to tight for them up north.

Excellent site very clean hard standing pitches nice and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle seahouses 10 min drive
