Visited on sat 3rd Feb.  We picked a diamond eternity ring out. Obviously the one in the shop wasn't the correct size. Got sized up. The lady serving us checked stock and told us the size we require was in stock so we could have it possibly on the Monday or at latest wed. I was told they would contact me so we paid in full and left. Monday came and went. Waited until wed afternoon and still heard nothing. I had to phone the branch, when someone finally answered( 3 attempts)We were told it would be 'weeks' before they got the ring as it now wasn't in stock. 
Anyway, not very happy I told them I wanted my money back. The wife went to the branch to get the refund. This took 45 minutes as they didn't have enough cash to pay the refund.
Very poor service all round
Even gave them the voucher back they gave us. We won't need it. We will not shop there again.
