Staff in this jewellery shop are very friendly and items are of a good standard, shop on junc 32 so local for us only 3 miles away.
I bought new wedding and engagement rings here a few months ago. James was brilliant, very helpful and patient. It was a lovely experience, I love my new rings and they were reasonably priced. I would definitely visit again
Bought a few item from here. Lovely staff. Nice selection of watches and jewelry reasonably priced.Took a watch for a new battery to Chapelle, cost me £29.00. Bought the watch from Ernest Jones 6yrs ago. After 3yrs took it for a battery replaced. Cost me £60.00. Keep clear of Ernest Jones for new batteries.
Great experience. Untangled the Mrs necklace that we thought was beyond saving, and James was a pleasure to deal with making a purchase. Couldn't be happier.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but felt compelled to write in this instance as I simply cannot recommend the Staff at Chapelle Castleford enough. In particular, I would like to thank James and Cherise for all their help and exemplary service over the last two years when nothing at all was ever too much trouble. Thank-you Both for keeping me informed especially with regards to my engagement ring, you never failed to acknowledge the significance and emotion attached to it and I can't thank you enough for consistently going way above and beyond to make me a very happy Customer. I live 200 miles away, but will always make the journey as the Customer Service is second to none. Thank-you again.
Absolute joke of a shop. Went in there wanting to purchase a watch seen at the front, staff member was rude and did not seem bothered. Very arrogant, will never be going back again. Sort your staff out.
Staff at the shop lovely but wouldn't buy another watch. Took it home at Christmas, worn once and the battery is flat. Have now had to send it off for new battery and repair as date wouldn't change either. Was told 2 weeks, still no contact about it and we are mid February with no Christmas watch. Also complained via email to customer services and no reply or acknowledgement of the email. :
Absolutely brilliant, the young lady that looked after us couldn't be anymore friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend
Lots of choice, some unusual pieces but more importantly....really helpful and friendly staff. I've shopped here and will do again. Quality!
