Never been much of a fitness person but as I reach the age of the midway stretch - outwards rather then upperwards sadly, I feel the need to try and get my body kicked into shape. I have tried this at different stages in my life and has always been a little haphazardly as every time I walk into a gym it's like starting high school all over again - once done don't want to repeat!! I am pleasantly surprised however that I don't get that feeling here, in fact though my face does not always show it (particularly at 6am) I look forward to my visits as you are always welcomed by the receptionists and instructors to the other gym users. From my first use of the gym to first experience of metafit everyone has always been friendly and supportive. The gym must have hundreds of users but still people stop to ask how you are getting on or comment on how much you are coming on. It also helps that you can book a review with staff to get fitness MOT or a new workout to make sure you are making most of area.

All new kit. Includes boxing room and hosts classes. Perfect!

Well equipped gym. Also has hairdresser and physio on site. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty range of classes. Good stock of protein drinks and supplements.
